The 2007-2008 school year witnessed the Heartland Christian School Crusaders participate in the FHSAA class 1A section in Co-ed soccer, Girls Volleyball, Boys and Girls Golf and Boys Basketball.  Our teams were competitive and demonstrated amazing resiliency and spirit through teamwork and cooperation.  The FHSAA has recommended HCS for a school Sportmanship Award for the 2007-2008 sports year, and HCS athletes gave it their all in every game played.  Although the wins did not pile up as much as we would have liked, the memories did pile up, leaving the 2007-2008 sports year filled with lasting impressions and the reminder that teamwork is the focus here at HCS -- with hard work, practice and a never-say-quit attitude, all things are possible through the Lord Jesus Christ.
