Greetings in the Lord!

Please know that our focus daily here at Heartland Christian School is to minister to your children's heart, mind, body and soul.  Having been around the USA at a few different schools over the past few years, what excites me about Heartland Christian School is the desire by our school family to strive to be just that -- a family.

Every day we start as a school family with pledges, prayer, devotions -- and sometimes something extra fun just to reinforce the fact that we are all in this together -- administration, faculty and staff, students and parents.  We need each other, but we definitely need the Lord above all else to make each day the best it can be for those whom we care for educationally.  We strive to glorify God in all we say and do.

We are accredited by ACSI through 2013.  We currently have 200 students in grades K3-12th grade, and are getting ready to graduate 8 Seniors in this year's class.  Daily I see students striving to practice servant-leadership.  I witness teachers sharing excellence in the classroom academically, also placing value on developing personal relationships with every student under their care.  I pray daily that the Lord will use it all to further His kingdom and to allow HCS to impact the community and surrounding Highlands County region for years to come.
